For your consideration we have a Made in Japan Alvarez 5054 Acoustic 12-String Guitar ca.1975 in an Antique Natural finish. Somebody made a pickguard out of an old vinyl record . . . kinda cool! Good solid players condition, some dents and scrapes, but no repairs or abuse,  low action and tuning stability with a nice presence and shimmer, fun to play . . . a cool old 12-string! Stock acoustic. Solid spruce top, laminate East Indian Rosewood back and sides, mahogany neck, rosewood board. Plenty of life left in the frets, clean board and back of neck. 25.5″ scale length with 20 frets. Sorry, no case or bag, but a very good value on a quality MIJ instrument.
