On consignment we have a ca. 2010 Recording King RA-998 Metal Resonator Mandolin w/original case in solid good condition. This mandolin is set up with a 12th fret action (top of fret crown to bottom of G string) of about 1.25mm, and is ready to go, super fun to play. Pick it, play it with a slide? The Recording King Metal Body Resonator Mandolin is one of the only mandolin resonators available and with the most similar design to the pre-war originals. This unique model has a nickel-plated bell brass body, 10″ hand-spun European Recording King cone and a beautiful pearloid headstock overlay.
