Martin HD-28 Acoustic Dreadnought Guitar 2012 – Natural

On consignment we have a 2012 (possibly late 2011) Martin HD-28 Acoustic Dreadnought guitar with original hardshell case, made in America. This guitar is in solid good condition, knocking on very good condition. This is a one owner guitar that so far has lived it’s life on a music stand in my clients living room, never gigged, never smoked around, and very lightly used. This guitar is stock, no pick up installed, and no strap button on the heel. This guitar is freshly set up with DR Rare .13 medium gauge strings, with a 12th fret action of about 2.35 mm (see photo). We set this guitar up to boom, and to take capos well, ready for some flatpicking! We are located in Asheville, NC, we pick like our hair is on fire around these parts, this guitar satisfies. There is plenty of room to dress the saddle if you want a lower or lighter action, and the truss rod works as it should. This guitar is healthy and ready to go.
