For your consideration we are pleased to offer this Martin D12-28 12 string acoustic guitar w/OHSC, late 03, maybe early 04 in natural finish. Solid very good condition. Clean frets and neck, plays like butter, some light scratching no repairs or abuse. A classic 28, solid East Indian Rosewood B/S, mahogany neck, ebony bridge and fingerboard. Stock acoustic, no neck strap button installed. This is a special one, the person who brought this to us bought it used on the phone from Elderly Instruments in Michigan. He directed them to pick the best sounding Martin 12 string they had, and they certainly did that. This guitar sounds awesome, total Doc Watson country blues machine. A hammer.
