On consignment we have a 1993, USA-made G&L S-500 electric guitar in good condition. This is a very nice guitar that has seen lots of honest action for it, shows little scratches, swirls, etc., but no abuse. This guitar is in a rarer “premier” finish that was called “Blonde”, which is a semi-transparent Olympic/Vintage White over a 7″9 oz two-part ash body. It’s a light reactive finish, will change hues in different types of light, very nice! Original wiggle stick included. Chip case. This guitar has had it’s p’ups swapped with rail type pick ups, I am not sure what they are (working on this), but they sound quite good and read Bridge 8.7, Middle 6.09, Neck 8.44. The mini-toggle is stock, and serves as a phase switch. Stock Sperzel tuners. Shows some fret wear in the first to second position, frets 7.5 out of ten, but still sets up well. Shop set with DR Rare Pure Blues .10s with a 12th fret string action of .75mm, this guitar is super fun to play. 12″ radius on maple, a ripper. Local sales only.
