1974 Fender Stratocaster- Olympic White
$0.00
Description
For your consideration we have a 1974 Fender Stratocaster in Olympic White w/original hardshell case (and the keys even!). A two owner guitar, this one has been owned by two pro players (the second since the 80’s) who took care of this critter, and is in good/very good condition. The original 3-way switch was swapped long ago for a 5-way, volume pot replaced, the volume knob print is from the same period as the the tone knobs, but different color ink. Otherwise, this guitar is stock. Great moderate C neck profile, excellent fret and fingerboard health, truss rod and neck adjuster working. Fresh set up with DR Pure Blues .10s, super fun to play. Great set up on the wiggle stick. Great tones. Finish shows some age, a few dings, some case rub, but looks the part. The original F-tuners are a little stiff, especially on the lower strings, but they work and hold tune. Here’s the thing . . . . this guitar weighs in at 7# 8oz! Kind of a miracle weight for a 70’s Strat . . . this one comes together nicely.
